According to the novel hysteroscope, in hysteroscope surgery, when a surgical instrument extends into the uterine cavity or is taken out,a valve can be opened or closed without auxiliary of others, a uterine distending medium can also be prevented from squirting out from an operation hole during surgery, in this way, the operation steps in the surgery are simplified, constancy of the uterine distending pressure is further ensured, and the success rate of the hysteroscope surgery is increased.
