The invention discloses a combined body of a speculum for a
hysteroscopic surgery and an ultrasonic probe. The combined body comprises the speculum and the ultrasonic probe, an ultrasonic probe
handle adheres to a speculum lower blade in various forms, and the combining methods includes clamping, magnetic attraction, limiting, embedding and the like. The invention further provides an application method of the structural body in a
hysteroscopic surgery. The method comprises the following steps:
coating the ultrasonic probe with a
coupling agent and sleeving the ultrasonic probe with an isolation sleeve, extending the combined body into the
uterine cavity of a patient, determining the shape and position of the
target tissue, and arranging the surgical speculum into the
uterine cavity and turning on the speculum; arranging the acoustic head part of the ultrasonic probe at the front end of the lower sheet of the surgical speculum, arranging the acoustic head part of the ultrasonic probe at the fornix position of the
uterus of the patient, combining the ultrasonic probe and the surgical speculum for use, extending a hysteroscope into the
uterus of the patient, and conducting
surgical operation under the guidance of a hysteroscope
optical image and an ultrasonic image of a
monitoring system. The combined body of the speculum for the
hysteroscopic surgery and the ultrasonic probe effectively achieves internal and external synchronous surgical monitoring of an internal ultrasonic image and external
optical imaging in real time on the
target tissue of the
surgery, an image is clear and reliable,
surgical safety is ensured, and surgical risks are effectively avoided.
