The present invention provides a system and a method for distending a body tissue cavity of a subject by continuous flow irrigation by using two positive displacement pumps, such as peristaltic pumps, one pump on the inflow side and another pump on the outflow side, such that the amplitude of the pressure pulsations created by a the said positive displacement pumps inside the tissue cavity is substantially dampened to almost negligible levels. The present invention also provides a method of reducing the frequency of the said pressure pulsations. The present invention also provides a method for accurately determining the rate of fluid loss, into the subject's body system, during any endoscopic procedure without utilizing any deficit weight or fluid volume calculation, the same being accomplished by using two fluid flow rate sensors. The present invention also provides a system of creating and maintaining any desired pressure in a body tissue cavity for any desired cavity outflow rate. The system and the methods of the present invention described above can be used in any endoscopic procedure requiring continuous flow irrigation few examples of such endoscopic procedures being hysteroscopic surgery, arthroscopic surgery, trans uretheral surgery, endoscopic surgery of the brain and endoscopic surgery of the spine.

The optimization control device comprises a process monitoring instrument, a frequency converter and an industrial personal computer, wherein the process monitoring instrument is used for monitoring water quantity and water quality data of key nodes, the input end of the frequency converter is connected to the industrial personal computer, the output end of the frequency converter is connected to a dosing pump, and the outflow rate of the dosing pump is controlled by changing the motor frequency of the dosing pump; a phosphorus removal agent flow rate control unit is also arranged in the industrial personal computer and comprises a dosing pump flow rate control module, a secondary sedimentation tank yielding water phosphate control module, a feed-forward water quantity compensation module, and a yielding water total phosphorus safety allowance feedback compensation module; and the dosing pump flow rate control module is used for calculating the current dosing flow rate according to the addition dosage which is output by the secondary sedimentation tank yielding water phosphate control module, the feed-forward water quantity compensation module, and the yielding water total phosphorous safety allowance feedback compensation module, converting the current dosing flow rate into a control signal and outputting the control signal to the frequency converter so as to control the dosing pump. The optimization control device is suitable for synchronous and post-positioned chemical phosphorus removal processes and can stabilize the concentration of yielding water phosphate.

According to the paraxial powder-feeding working head disclosed by the invention, separation of metal powder and conveyed powder-carrying gas is realized, so that on one hand, outflow rate of the metal powder from the spray nozzle is lowered to ensure stability of powder conveying amount, and therefore, stable powder output amount requirements in laser powder processing processes of laser cladding, and the like are satisfied; on the other hand, a gas different from the powder-carrying gas is input from the processing gas input joint to achieve a purpose of protecting a processing piece; meanwhile, powder spraying speed of the powder feeding spray nozzle can be adjusted in an assisted manner, so that processing effect is controlled better.
