This invention discloses an
operational decision support system and method for integrating multi-source outpatient data, relating to the field of
medical information technology. It includes a
data interface module, a
data processing module, a core
functional module, and a display module. The
data interface module connects to multiple hospital business systems to achieve real-time / scheduled synchronization of multi-
source data throughout the outpatient process. The
data processing module cleanses, standardizes, transforms, and integrates
raw data. The core
functional module integrates six sub-modules:
access control, early warning configuration, indicator management, target value management, self-service analysis, and outpatient analysis, enabling refined control over the entire operational process. The display module provides multi-dimensional
visualization of information. This invention achieves end-to-end integration of outpatient operational data, assisting hospitals in upgrading their outpatient
operational decision-making from experience-driven to data-driven through intelligent early warning, a flexibly configurable indicator
system, multi-level target management, and multi-dimensional
visualization analysis.
