noise prediction, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining the
electromagnetic noise order of a motor body, and generating the
electromagnetic noise order O1 of a motor; acquiring a
switching frequency noise order of the controller, and generating a
switching frequency noise order O2 of the motor; according to the
electromagnetic noise order O1 of the motor and the
switching frequency noise order O2 of the motor, generating an actual
operation safety coefficient sigma 1; obtaining a preset target threshold value, and judging whether the
safety coefficient sigma 1 is greater than the preset target threshold value or not; if yes, it is judged that the risk of
coupling amplification of the switching
frequency noise and the electromagnetic noise of the motor body does not exist; if the
safety coefficient sigma 1 is smaller than the preset target threshold value, it is judged that the risk that the switching
frequency noise and the motor body electromagnetic noise are coupled and amplified exists, and the smaller the
safety coefficient sigma 1 is, the higher the risk is; and according to a judgment result, optimizing the noise when the switching
frequency noise order coincides with the electromagnetic noise order of the motor body.
