The TDMS server transmits construction symbol information to an external device; the CTC transmits an application message for obtaining a construction blocking station yard device; and the TD combined interface server receives the application message and reads construction blocking station yard device information and transmits the construction symbol information and the construction blocking station yard device information to the CTC, which automatically determines an associated object according to the construction symbol information, and executes a corresponding action by means of a corresponding execution device after receiving a state control instruction of the associated object. An extended TD combined interface server enables, the CTC to operate a relevant device according to a construction plan, to implement linkage between the construction plan and a blocking / unblocking device.
