Traffic signal machine triggered countdown control output method

The application discloses a traffic signal lamp trigger type countdown control output method, comprising the following steps: S100, configuring signal lamp fixed time countdown time length and configuring current cycle phase information; S200, reading the cycle phase information of the traffic signal lamp at the current time node and the signal lamp fixed time countdown time length, and generating a running phase chain table; S300, judging whether the time before the non-traffic light color of the current lost traffic right phase meets the configured fixed time countdown time length; S400, if the configured fixed time countdown time length is met, triggering the corresponding countdown timer; if the configured fixed time countdown time length is not met, performing countdown correction and calculating the countdown extension time; and S500, repeating steps S200-S400. The application can generate a running phase chain table under the condition that traffic intersection parameters are pre-configured, pre-add, real-time update and calculate signal control data to achieve accurate control of the time when the trigger signal triggers the countdown timer, and realize the trigger type pulse control countdown algorithm.

Uplink impact on PUCCH SCell activation delay

A computer-readable storage medium stores instructions to configure a UE for Scell activation in a 5G NR network, and to cause the UE to perform operations including decoding a first MAC CE received from a base station on a PDSCH. The first MAC CE includes a PUCCH SCell activation command. A second MAC CE is decoded, which includes PL-RS configuration information. DL activation process is performed within a pre-configured activation time starting at a first slot of the first MAC CE reception. The availability of a PL-RS is determined based on the PL-RS configuration information. CSLRS measurements are performed in response to the PUCCH SCell activation command. The CSLRS measurements include a path loss calculation performed within an extended time period starting after the DL activation process and having a duration based on the availability of the PL-RS.

Patient repositioning system and method

A patient repositioning system intended for a patient confined to a bed for an extended time period. The repositioning system includes a sling attached to a frame with side poles having head and foot segments that passively fold between a flat / supine position and sitting positions. The frame pivotally mounts to a frame base that is anchored or affixed to a bed. The frame can be pivotally lifted off of a bed mattress, either uniformly by a single-actuator lifter raising both frame poles by the same angle, or so as to tilt the frame to assist with turning a patient by a dual-actuator lifter raising the frame poles to different angles.

Active protection method and system for internal fault of converter transformer on-load tap changer

PendingCN122292267AAvoid false alarmsAvoid false trippingStart timeElectrical polarity
An active protection method and system for internal faults in an on-load tap changer of a converter transformer includes: determining the start time of on-load tap changer operation and then extending the time interval; identifying ultra-high frequency (UHF) and high frequency (HF) pulse signals and discharge pulse times exceeding a set threshold within the extended time interval; identifying whether the on-load tap changer is adjusting a polarity-crossing or non-polarity-crossing tap position; determining the internal abnormality of the on-load tap changer based on the UHF and HF pulse signals and their pulse times during operation; and further issuing "general alarm," "serious alarm," or even "protection trip" signals based on the severity of the internal partial discharge detected by the UHF and HF signals. This invention fundamentally avoids false alarms and trips in monitoring or protection devices caused by discharge during normal tap changer operation. Furthermore, it achieves a leap from "passively preventing false operation" to "actively detecting faults," proactively preventing damage to the on-load tap changer itself or even transformer explosions caused by its faults.

Communication method and device

A communication method and device are used for realizing indication of a network side to a guard interval corresponding to a terminal and avoiding signal aliasing so as to improve uplink transmission efficiency. The communication method comprises the following steps: the terminal equipment receives first configuration information from network equipment; the first configuration information comprises a first guard interval configuration parameter, and the first guard interval configuration parameter is used for indicating the length of a guard interval; the terminal device determines the length of an available resource in the at least one extended time slot according to the first guard interval configuration parameter; and the terminal equipment sends the uplink data in the available resources in the at least one extended time slot.

Fault-tolerant cooling for add-in card

An add-in device (100) for use in a host server (300) is capable of operating for an extended time after the host server (300) stops providing power to the add-in device (100). The add-in device (100) may include a circuit board assembly (110) and a cover (120) that define a duct through the add-in device (100). An inlet (170) of the duct receives cooling air flow that the host (300) normally drives through the duct. A blower (160) inside the duct may operate from a backup power source (140) to pull air flow through the duct to maintain forced convection cooling when the host (300) fails to provide power or cooling air flow to the add-in device (100). The backup power can also continue operation of the device (100) to execute a shutdown procedure after the host fails.

Link detection method and device, electronic equipment, storage medium and program product

PendingCN121262124ATransmissionPropagation delayExtended time
The invention provides a link detection method and device, electronic equipment, a storage medium and a program product. The method comprises the following steps: firstly, executing delay detection of preset extension time, and obtaining the current propagation delay of a link; and when the current propagation delay is greater than or equal to a delay threshold value, determining a first initial rate and a second initial rate according to a preset gain coefficient, a preset gain coefficient change factor and the first current bottleneck bandwidth. And then bandwidth detection of a preset extended time is executed based on the first initial rate and the second initial rate, and after a second current bottleneck bandwidth is obtained, the second current bottleneck bandwidth is determined as a real bottleneck bandwidth so as to realize bandwidth detection in link detection. And determining the current propagation delay as the real propagation delay so as to realize delay detection in link detection. According to the invention, the accuracy of link detection is improved.
