And performing calculation based on the model to obtain the maximum total availability, the maintenance resource allocation quantity and the inventory configuration. According to the method, dynamic allocation of resources can be guaranteed, and the problem of marginal effect decline existing in single-way improvement is solved, so that the availability level is improved.
