The monitoring system comprises a driving command system, an intersection control system, a turnout controller,and an active protection unit; the driving command system, the intersection control system, and the turnout controller are separately connected with corresponding public network communication unit, and the public network communication units communicate with each other wirelessly; and the active protection unit is arranged in a cab of a tramcar and used to identify an obstacle of the tramcar, and the distance between the tramcar and the obstacle is measured. The systems of the operation monitoring system are connected with the public network communication units, the communication between the systems is realized in a wireless mode, so that the composition of ground devices is simplified, and the costs of construction and maintenance are reduced; and the obstacle, the state of signal machinesalong the line and the state of turnout are simultaneously identified through the active protection unit, the passing efficiency of the tramcar in the main track turnout area and the level crossing is improved, and the degree of driving safety protection of a driver is improved.

The present invention provides a gantry type movable catenary system at railway crossing having a simple and reliable structure, which can be applied to a conventional railway crossing as well as to a new railway crossing, and at the same time is improved such that service and maintenance are easy. The gantry type movable catenary system according to the present invention comprises: a pair of auxiliary rails 110 with a fixed length installed in parallel with railway rails 10 from the right and left outsides of the railway rails at the crossing; a frame structure of which a lower end is installed on the auxiliary rail, the frame structure being connected with a drive motor 130 to be reciprocally movable on the auxiliary rail; a movable contact wire 160 with a certain length connected via an insulator 152 On top of the frame structure and installed to parallel to a catenary wire 20; and a control unit which controls driving of the drive motor to operate the positioning of the frame structure, wherein, from a first power connecting section 21 of the catenary wire 20, a second power connecting section 161 of the both ends of the movable contact wire 160 is connected or disconnected depending on reciprocal movement of the frame structure, thus supplying or disconnecting electric power.

The safety type trackside control system comprises a trackside controller, wherein the trackside controller comprises a power supply, a communication bus, a ground core control unit, a state input unit, a signal driving unit, a rail junction driving unit, a ground networking unit and a trackside controller communication unit; the ground core control unit, the state input unit, the signal driving unit, the rail junction driving unit, the ground networking unit and the communication unit are communicated with the communication bus respectively. The trackside system and an on-board are connected through adopting a 4G wireless network and data transmission is stable and reliable. According to the safety type trackside control system, a remote control center can remotely and manually arrange paths or a driver can arrange the paths according to buttons on a single machine, so that influences on operation are extremely reduced. A path entering indicator is driven by the signal driving unit and receives the control of a ground core driving unit, so that the safety type trackside control system has a fault safety guide function and improves the safety of a rail junction region.
