The application relates to a method for preparing regenerated
fluorite from waste aluminum
electrolyte by
roasting-
water washing-alkali leaching, and belongs to the technical field of metallurgical
engineering. Waste
electrolyte is mixed with
calcium oxide and then roasted, so that
fluorine is converted into water-insoluble
calcium fluoride,
lithium is converted into
lithium oxide, and aluminum is converted into
calcium aluminate. The roasted clinker is subjected to
water washing to preferentially extract
lithium and remove soluble impurities, so that a lithium-rich solution and a
water washing residue are obtained. The water washing residue is subjected to alkali leaching to remove aluminum
hydroxide, high-purity calcium
fluoride solid is obtained, and the regenerated
fluorite product is obtained after
drying, the grade of which is greater than 80%. The
sodium fluoroaluminate solution generated by alkali leaching can be recycled, and after saturation, aluminum
hydroxide is recovered and further used for preparing aluminum
oxide; the water washing liquid can be concentrated to recover lithium salt. The application realizes harmless and
resource utilization of the waste
electrolyte, has simple process, low cost, high comprehensive
recovery rate of
fluorine, lithium and aluminum, and good economic and
environmental protection benefits.
