The invention discloses a multifunctional system for rainwater infiltration, collection and storage and purification of a sponge city.The system comprises a bioretention pond and water storage wells.Firstly, appropriate positions are selected for digging of a foundation pit of the bioretention pond and the water storage wells, and the portions, 5-10 cm away from the two sides of the bioretention pond, of the road surface are paved with opened vertical curb belts.The bioretention pond sequentially comprises a gravel covering layer, a vegetation planting soil layer, a biochar packing layer and a gravel drainage layer from top to bottom, and the periphery and bottom of the bioretention pond are both paved with anti-seepage thin film.An overflow pipe is laid on the gravel drainage layer, an upper end overflow opening is 5-10 cm higher than the gravel covering layer, and the lower end of the overflow pipe is connected with a municipal drainage pipe network.The system can be used at the places such as residential areas, schools, parking lots, parks and roads, not only can rainwater be stored, but also the content of pollutants such as nitrogen, phosphorus and heavy metal can be reduced, the purpose of recycling is achieved, city water logging is effectively relieved, and the rainwater use efficiency is improved.
