This invention couples a multi-directional alternating electromagnetic field during laser shock, promoting the activation of multiple slip systems and dislocation dispinning, improving the surface microstructure uniformity and residual compressive stress distribution, effectively inhibiting hydrogen intrusion and enrichment, delaying the initiation and propagation of hydrogen-induced cracks, and improving the workpiece's resistance to hydrogen embrittlement.
