The preparation method comprises the following steps: by taking natural
chitosan, epsilon-
polylysine and
polyphenol as raw materials, firstly, respectively preparing
polyphenol modified
chitosan and carboxyphenylboronic acid modified
polylysine through a
carbodiimide coupling method, then, mixing single-component solutions of the
polyphenol modified
chitosan and the carboxyphenylboronic acid modified
polylysine, and then, preparing the antibacterial and
antioxidant glycopeptide hydrogel based on the polyphenol. And the antibacterial and
antioxidant glycopeptide hydrogel is obtained by virtue of the synergistic effect of the phenolic hydroxyl group-
boric acid group dynamic bond and the amino group-carboxyl group. The hydrogel disclosed by the invention has broad-spectrum
antibacterial property and glucose response
oxidation resistance, has self-healing capability and strong wound adhesion, is excellent in
biocompatibility and can be naturally degraded; and the process is simple, convenient and controllable, large-scale production is easy to realize, the hydrogel can be used as a
wound dressing for treating chronic difficult-to-heal wounds such as
diabetes mellitus in a targeting manner, and integrated
nursing of
antibiosis, antioxidation, wound adhesion and self-repairing is realized.
