The invention relates to a continuous preparation method for spray strengthening hydrate. Some water is compensated in reactor so that decompressed steam enters into the reactor and water is atomized and enters into the reactor after water is compressed. The temperature in hydrate preparation process is controlled in the combination of inner cooling and outer cooling. The continuous preparation device for spray strengthening hydrate comprises air supply system, water flow atomization system and refrigeration system, reactor with partition cooling channel and chilled water circulating system. Air source is connected with buffering tank, filter, decompressed controlling valve, pressure gauge and air inlet on the reactor by valve. A vacuum pump is set between the controlling valve and the air inlet. Water source is connected with pressing pump, outer cooler, pressure gauge, thermometer and atomizing nozzle. The outer cooler is connected with the refrigeration system. Refrigerant compensation and refrigeration system and refrigerant circulating pump are connected with chilled water inlet on the reactor. The system can realize continuous and quick preparation for hydrate and shorten induction time for hydration reaction.

The production technology comprises the following steps of: (1) pumping neutralized mother liquid into the plate-and-frame filter press, preheating the mother liquid through the mother liquid heat exchanger, and then pumping the mother liquid into the stripping tower from the top of the stripping tower; (2) pumping steam into the stripping tower from the bottom of the stripping tower, after methane in the mother liquid is brought out by the steam, condensing the steam through the condenser, then entering the methane distillation tower, and separating to obtain methane; (3) pumping liquid at the bottom of a high-temperature tower into an evaporation and concentration kettle to be concentrated, steaming out moisture, and using the steam generated by the evaporation and concentration kettle for heating the mother liquid heat exchanger; and (4) after concentrating a material in the evaporation and concentration kettle, placing the concentrated material in a crystallizing pond, and feeding the mother liquid, Na2SO4.10H2O in which is separated out in the crystallizing pond, into a mother liquid neutralization pond to be reused.

Accurate synthesis in the particle size range of 25-50nm is realized by regulating the amount of the organic alcohol salt and regulating the nucleation rate of particles. Compared with the prior art, the method disclosed by the invention has the most significant advantage that the hydrolysis and condensation rate of the silicon source is promoted by taking the organic alcohol salt with high nucleophilicity as the promoter. Therefore, the silicon source is subjected to burst nucleation in a very short time, so that the small-size mesoporous silica spherical nanoparticles are prepared. The synthetic method disclosed by the invention is simple, short in cycle, low in cost and high in repeatability and is an environment-friendly green synthetic method.
