The invention relates to a method for preparing a nano-cellulose antibacterial composite material through on-line culture. The method comprises the following steps of: (1) inoculating an activated bacterial cellulose producing strain into a liquid culture medium, performing amplification culture, transferring the liquid culture medium into a bioreactor, culturing, adding an antibacterial material into the liquid culture medium, and continuing to culture to obtain an unpurified antibacterial bacterial cellulose composite material; and (2) peeling a bacterial cellulose membrane from a framework or directly soaking the composite material in a NaOH solution, treating in water bath, and washing until an obtained product is neutral to obtain the nano-cellulose antibacterial composite material. The preparation efficiency is high, and the method is simple, convenient, feasible and low in cost; and the surface of the bacterial cellulose composite material has a nanoscale three-dimensional fibrous mesh-shaped structure, the tensile strength of the material is greatly improved compared with that of a pure bacterial cellulose membrane, and the material can be widely applied to products such as facial masks, wound dressings, plasters, artificial skins and the like.

Collagen facial mask and preparation method thereof

The invention provides a collagen facial mask and a preparation method thereof. The method comprises the following steps of: stirring 1 to 20 mass percent of aqueous solution of collagen and 0.1 to 2 mass percent of aqueous solution of a modifier at the temperature of between 20 and 60 DEG C for reacting for 15 to 45 minutes to obtain stock solution; adding a plasticizer, a functional additive and an antimicrobial growth promoter into the stock solution, and continuing to stir at the temperature of between 20 and 60 DEG C for 30 to 60 minutes to obtain mixed solution; and pouring the mixed solution into a die for forming, and drying at the temperature of between 30 and 60 DEG C for 3 to 10 hours to obtain the collagen facial mask. The prepared collagen facial mask is mainly formed by macromolecular substances extracted from natural animals and plants, safe and effective and does not have toxic or side effect, has the high heat stability, toughness, ductility and adhesion, and can be in fit with skin well and achieve the effects of preserving moisture doubly, softening cutin skin, resisting winkle, whitening the skin, restoring the skin and the like under the assistance of the functional additive; rejected materials of the facial mask are degradable, and do not cause environmental pollution; and the collagen facial mask can be widely applied in the field of daily cosmetics and has the excellent market application prospect.

Phase change energy storage low temperature face mask substrate material and preparation method thereof

The invention provides a base material for a phase-transforming energy-storing low-temperature facial mask, which includes nonwoven fabrics, phase-transforming energy-storing micro-capsule, small balls or powders or the mixture thereof are compounded on the surface of the nonwoven fabrics or into the fiber of the nonwoven fabrics, and the weight of these energy-storing substances account for 20-60% of the total weight of the base material of the facial mask. The base material is prepared by the following steps: adding the produced energy-storing balls, powder, micro-capsule or the mixture thereof into a viscose fiber solution to prepare the fiber, and then producing the fabrics by using the fiber; or producing the energy-storing substances into paste materials and coating the paste materials on the surface of the nonwoven cloth to form a coating layer and then produce the low-temperature base material of the facial mask. The invention compounds the low-temperature phase-transforming energy-storing material into the traditional base material of the facial mask, and the traditional nonwoven fabric for the facial mask can be replaced. Experiments indicate that the low-temperature facial mask prepared by the low-temperature base material has longer holding time by 20-60% compared with the traditional product at the low temperature; furthermore, the way of shrinking the pores by low temperature is innocuous and harmless to the skin, therefore, the product has bright market prospect.
