system, a working condition sensing and preprocessing module, a sealing requirement calculation module, a sealing setting optimization module, an
intelligent control and precision execution module and a state diagnosis and early warning module are included. According to the method, the sealing force
set point can be adjusted in advance according to the predicted working condition change, and dynamic and real-time self-adaptive setting, prediction and closed-
loop optimization of the valve sealing force are achieved; and meanwhile, real-time transparency and
diagnosis early warning of the sealing state of the valve are achieved.
