This invention discloses a method and
system for monitoring and early warning of
debris flow ground motion, belonging to the field of
geological disaster monitoring and early warning technology. The method includes: synchronously
slicing continuous seismic records according to a unified absolute time axis, using waveform pairs from multiple stations as basic input units; independently encoding the signals from each
station using a time-frequency
hybrid encoder (STFT+LSTM-
Transformer); constructing a spatiotemporal cost volume using a
Lag-UNet module to achieve soft alignment of cross-
station feature spaces; modeling four sets of feature interaction quantities using a causal TCN and outputting the probability of
debris flow occurrence through attention
pooling; and continuously sampling negative samples with replacement from a large-scale
noise pool during the
training phase using a dynamic sampling strategy.
