Benefits of technology

This patented technology relates to an apparatus for producing fuel with controlled properties such as pH value or specific gravity by combining two types of materials: charred material made up mainly of lignocellulosic residue (LCR) and liquid hydrocarbon liquids called pitch during combustion processes. By adjustably compressing these LCRs into different shapes before burning them at extreme temperatures they produce various forms of energy known collectively as biofuels. These fuels have several advantages over traditional fossil sources like coal because their main components - ash content and sulfur compounds – cannot escape when exposed to oxygen. Additionally, this method allows for effective separation of gases produced during processing while maintaining good quality control standards.

Problems solved by technology

This patented technical solution described in the current method involves improving the performance of an existing biomarker (biological) technology used in fuel cell systems such as biofuel cells or biodiesel engines. By doing both with higher temperatures and pressures than previous techniques, these technologies have improved reaction rates without requiring more expensive materials compared to traditional processes. Additionally, they improve product quality due to better control over heat release and decomposition reactions.

Abstract

Disclosed are a gas lock transportation technology and a device thereof for biomass high-pressure retort charcoal product. The technology comprises utilizing a variable-pitch screw conveyor to force charcoal to be uninterruptedly squeezed and disintegrated during the spiral conveying process according to the compressible disintegration characteristics of charcoal, forming the coexistence state of compact stacking, particles and powder, thereby generating seal and gas lock effect to upstream gas and downstream gas of the variable-pitch screw conveyor, and guaranteeing charcoal to continuously discharge. The device comprises a high pressure retort, a variable-pitch screw conveyor and a water-cooling continuous conveyor, wherein the charcoal outlet of the high pressure retort is connected with the charcoal input end of the variable-pitch screw conveyor through a seal conveying pipeline, the charcoal output end of the variable-pitch screw conveyor is connected with the material inlet of the water-cooling continuous conveyor through another seal conveying pipeline, the pitch of the squeezing drive threaded rod of the variable-pitch screw conveyor is gradually reduced from the charcoal input end to the charcoal output end. The device has the characteristics of simple and practical structure and low investment and maintenance cost.
