After being processed by the invention, the printing and dyeing wastewater can be carried out the separate recycling quickly and high-efficiently and the recycling rate of the wastewater reaches more than 70 percent; meanwhile, the fee of processing and recycling the wastewater can be saved; the service life of advanced treatment equipment can be prolonged, which is easy for a large-scale industrialized application.
