The invention discloses a method for removing soluble
silicon dioxide in
scheelite beneficiation wastewater. The method comprises the following steps: (1) adding
lime into
scheelite beneficiation wastewater to be treated, stirring, and carrying out coagulating
sedimentation to obtain first supernate; (2) adding
calcium chloride into the first supernate obtained in the step (1), stirring and dissolving, adjusting the supernate to be strongly alkaline, enabling the pH to be 11-13, stirring, standing and precipitating to obtain second supernate; and (3) adjusting the pH value of the second supernate in the step (2) to be neutral to obtain the
treated water without soluble
silicon dioxide. The method firstly adds the
lime into the
scheelite beneficiation wastewater to coagulate and settle most soluble
silicon dioxide and
suspended solids in the wastewater, then adds the
calcium chloride into supernate water, and adjusts the pH value of the supernate water to further settle the residual soluble
silicon dioxide and the difficult-to-settle fine
suspended particles in the wastewater, so that the efficient removal of soluble
silicon dioxide in the wastewater is realized.
