potassium permanganate according to the volume ratio of 3-4: 5: 1-2; s3, disinfection before the silkworm period. Compared with the prior art, the disinfection method has the advantages that after the silkworm room and the silkworm rearing instrument are disinfected, few
sedimentation bacteria are detected on the silkworm room and the silkworm rearing instrument, nuclear polyhedrosis viruses are not detected in silkworm bodies, the silkworm death rate is reduced to 0.3-1.1% and is far lower than that of other
disinfection methods when the silkworm room or the silkworm rearing instrument is used for trial breeding of silkworm eggs, and the effect is
extremely good.
