strength reduction intervention mark or an end candidate mark; S3, generating a candidate control parameter group, screening an effective candidate parameter group through a frozen
verification window, selecting an effective candidate parameter group with the smallest parameter offset total amount as a
target control parameter group, and outputting exuviae cleaning control
instruction data; and S4, locking a
recovery prohibition boundary parameter group, removing the parameter
recovery restriction when the subsequent sampling period is continuously stable, and outputting exuviae cleaning boundary locking data. The application solves the problem that the
desorption state and the disturbed state are difficult to accurately determine in the existing fragile exuviae ultrasonic cleaning process, leading to unstable cleaning
parameter control and lacking effective constraints on fragmentation risks.
