system based on elastic event triggering, and the method comprises the steps: firstly building a unified
linearization model of a multi-area power system; then, a
state observer and a dynamic memory event triggering mechanism are set for each
control area, and the mechanism dynamically decides a communication sending moment based on
a weighting function of current and historical state
estimation errors so as to greatly reduce redundant
data transmission; and furthermore, based on a state
estimation value output by the observer and neighborhood information subjected to event triggering scheduling, a distributed
feedback control law is constructed, and a control input
signal of each region is calculated and generated through a preset control
gain matrix. According to the method, the communication load is remarkably reduced, meanwhile, it is ensured that the frequency of the multi-region power system can be kept stable when the multi-region power system is attacked by the bounded network, and the operation efficiency and safety of the system are effectively improved.
