According to the invention, excitation, collection and detection of the LIBS signal and the RRS spectrum signal can be realized on one set of system by using single pulse laser, so that the atomic spectrum and the molecular spectrum of the material are obtained, and the components of the to-be-detected target containing various components or unknown components can be quantitatively analyzed.
