The invention relates to a
molecular sieve oxygenerator with a water removal structure. The
molecular sieve oxygenerator comprises a shell, an
air compressor, a
molecular sieve assembly and the water removal mechanism arranged between an outlet of the
air compressor and an inlet of the molecular
sieve assembly. The water removal mechanism comprises a shell, a conical water removal
barrel and a cover body, the conical water removal
barrel and a center
barrel of the cover body are both of hollow structures and are communicated, cooling liquid is introduced into the conical water removal barrel, and an air inlet is formed in the tangent line of the center barrel and can collide, cool and condense high-pressure and high-temperature gas to achieve water-vapor separation; the cover body is provided with an annular exhaust channel, a
moisture absorption box extending between the conical water removal barrel and the shell is arranged in the annular exhaust channel, and a
water collection disc at the bottom of the shell is connected with a
water collection mechanism through a one-way
electromagnetic valve. The water collecting mechanism is formed by communicating a
temporary storage bottle and a drainage
bottle, and non-stop drainage can be achieved in cooperation with the sealing
assembly and the anti-overflow groove. A
surge tank is arranged between the exhaust port of the water removal mechanism and the molecular
sieve assembly, and the air
inlet pressure can be stabilized. The device effectively avoids the failure of the molecular
sieve caused by
water vapor, prolongs the service life of the molecular sieve, ensures the stable concentration of output
oxygen, and has a good water removal effect.
