knowledge base construction method of a
field bus device, and belongs to the technical field of industrial
automation device fault diagnosis. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring multi-source heterogeneous original diagnosis data, constructing a structured multi-dimensional knowledge model, and the multi-dimensional knowledge model comprises a
device type ontology, a fault mode ontology and a diagnosis measure ontology; based on the multi-dimensional knowledge model, a multi-level knowledge association network is constructed, and the multi-level knowledge association network comprises four types of nodes and six types of relationship types; and based on the multi-level knowledge association network, an online intelligent diagnosis
knowledge base is constructed. Through ontology modeling and
graph database technology, the application realizes systematic integration and structured representation of diagnosis knowledge, constructs a knowledge association network comprising devices, faults, causes, measures and complex logical relationships thereof, solves the problems of scattered diagnosis knowledge being difficult to utilize, insufficient knowledge association expression and static solidification of the
knowledge base being unable to evolve in the prior art, significantly improves the diagnosis accuracy and
knowledge management efficiency of the
field bus device, and is suitable for intelligent diagnosis and
maintenance management of process industries such as
electric power and
petrochemical industry.
