The invention discloses a detection and sealing integrated method and a device for a gas extraction drill hole. A ruler on a detector is used for recording the distance from a hole mouth to the rear end of a coal crushing area, then detection is carried out in a fracture area instead of the coal crushing area, the position of a fracture is recorded when the first fracture is found, then the detection is continuously carried out inward, and gas extraction begins; when concentration of the gas extraction is less than 16%, second hole sealing is carried out, the fracture is blocked from inward to outward, powder materials are conveyed into a sealing cavity through a feeding pipe, then the powder materials stop being conveyed, gas in a gas bag is released, and sealing stops until the air bag moves to the coal crushing area; and positions of the coal crushing area and the fracture area can be accurately located when the second hole sealing is finished, and therefore the range of a first hole sealing section and the range of a second hole sealing section can be reasonably arranged, the problems that the gas leaks due to unscientific arrangement of the first hole sealing section and the like are solved, and the defect that the powder materials are wasted due to powder material conveying in the coal crushing area by means of a traditional method is overcome. The method is convenient to operate, and good in fracture blocking.
