This application relates to a method, apparatus, device, storage medium, and program product for controlling the frequency of
power grid loads. The method includes: constructing an
operating model of the power distribution network based on an event-triggered low-frequency
control system model and a stability function corresponding to the distribution network; solving the
operating model according to preset constraints to obtain an adjustable
gain; the constraints are used to ensure the
operating model operates in a stable environment; generating a
control signal based on the adjustable
gain; and controlling the load frequency of the distribution network based on the
control signal. By constructing the operating model of the distribution network, the controller
gain and communication gain at different triggering times can be calculated, and precise control of the
low frequency of the distribution network can be achieved based on the controller gain and communication gain. This realizes targeted frequency control at different times, meeting the frequency requirements of different
power consumption scenarios, effectively improving
data transmission efficiency while ensuring the stability of the
power grid load frequency, and avoiding excessive frequency overshoot.
