Modbus multi-device convergence forwarding method and
system based on RK3588, in the method, according to the device information, a continuous TCP slave register
address space is allocated for each sub-device; a mapping table is generated and stored in the local storage; the data of each sub-device is collected; if a temporary
cyclic redundancy check error is detected, a preset number of retransmissions are performed; if the
retransmission fails, the corresponding sub-device is marked as a communication abnormal state, and the sub-device is skipped in the next
polling cycle; the successfully transmitted data is written into the corresponding TCP slave register
address space according to the mapping table and sent to the remote
server; the mapping table is updated when the device hot plug is detected, and the remote
server is synchronized through the
heartbeat packet; based on the pre-trained
time series data model, the successfully transmitted data is detected; when it is detected that the successfully transmitted data deviates from the prediction
confidence interval, it is determined that the data is abnormal, and the abnormal data is marked and added to the
heartbeat packet. The present application is used for improving the reliability of
data acquisition.
