The transmission layer comprises a wireless network switching system connected with the network center switchboard. The sensing layer comprises a plurality of intelligent terminals arranged underground or on the ground and connected with the wireless network switching system in the transmission layer in wireless mode. By means of the mining wireless network communication system, real-time precise locating, bi-directional mobile communication and video monitoring of staff are achieved. During an emergency situation, emergency early warning can be conducted, communication can be recovered fast, life detection can be conducted, and miners in distress can be searched and rescued. Simultaneously, wires such as cables and optical fibers are saved, materials and energy are saved, and potential safety hazards are reduced.
