The invention belongs to the technical field of oil and gas
well drilling, and particularly relates to a variable-
diameter centralizer, a combined drilling tool and a method. The variable-
diameter centralizer is organically composed of a variable-
diameter centralizer body, a centralizer variable-diameter centralizing block, a centralizer inner sliding sleeve and a
control unit. The combined drilling tool at least comprises a variable-diameter centralizer and further comprises a
drill bit, a single-bend screw with a centralizer on a body, an upper
drill column and a ground pulse generating device. The combined drilling tool can meet the requirements of different well sections (a vertical well section, an inclined well section and a horizontal section) for the deflecting capacity by adjusting the variable-diameter centralizer, the
tripping times are reduced, the drilling cycle is shortened, and the drilling speed increasing effect is achieved. The variable-diameter centralizer has the outer diameter changing in the transverse direction of a
pipe column, and when angle increasing is needed, the diameter of the variable-diameter centralizer becomes smaller and is the same as the diameter of a conventional
drill rod; when stable-inclination drilling is needed, the outer diameter of the variable-diameter centralizer is increased, and the variable-diameter centralizer becomes a conventional centralizer and is matched with a body centralizer of a screw rod, so that a good stable-inclination effect is achieved.
