circuit breaker comprises a shell, a switch body, a thermal
tripping metal sheet, an electronic module, a notch cavity, a reflection cylinder, a root
temperature measurement module and a reflection diaphragm. Even if the thermal
tripping metal sheet is bent and deformed due to heating, the output end of the root
temperature measurement module still keeps stable contact with the thermal
tripping metal sheet, and heat is selectively reflected back to the
active layer sheet and the passive layer sheet of the thermal tripping
metal sheet by adjusting the
vector angle of the reflection diaphragm in the reflection cylinder, namely, when the reflected heat is concentrated on the
active layer sheet, the heat is effectively reflected. When reflected heat is concentrated on the passive layer sheet, the thermal tripping
metal sheet is easy to bend due to heat, otherwise, when reflected heat is concentrated on the passive layer sheet, the thermal tripping
metal sheet is not easy to bend due to heat,
thermal deformation regulation and control of the thermal tripping metal sheet are achieved, and overload protection threshold adjustment of the
circuit breaker is achieved.
