aerosol generation devices, disclosing a charging interface protection circuit, protection method, and
aerosol generation device. The charging interface protection circuit includes a
battery cell, a charging interface, a charging management circuit, a switching circuit, and a
control circuit. The
control circuit is electrically connected to the
battery cell, charging interface, charging management circuit, and switching circuit, and is configured to:
shut down the charging management circuit; detect a first charging
voltage at the positive charging terminal; and, based on the first charging
voltage and a first preset
voltage threshold, control the charging interface protection circuit to operate in an open-
circuit protection mode, executing an open-
circuit protection strategy based on the
contact resistance between the positive and negative charging terminals; or control the charging interface protection circuit to operate in a micro-short-
circuit protection mode, controlling the switching circuit to be turned on or off based on the power adapter's charging protocol, thereby stopping the power adapter from supplying power. Therefore, the embodiments of this application can achieve abnormal detection and protection of the charging interface, improving charging safety.
