The present invention relates to a method for synthesizing an RNA molecule of a given sequence, comprising the step of determining the fraction (1) for each of the four nucleotides G, A, C and U in said RNA molecule, and the step of synthesizing said RNA molecule by in vitro transcription in a sequence-optimized reaction mix, wherein said sequence-optimized reaction mix comprises the four ribonucleoside triphosphates GTP, ATP, CTP and UTP, wherein the fraction (2) of each of the four ribonucleoside triphosphates in the sequence-optimized reaction mix corresponds to the fraction (1) of the respective nucleotide in said RNA molecule, a buffer, a DNA template, and an RNA polymerase. Further, the present invention relates to a bioreactor (1) for synthesizing RNA molecules of a given sequence, the bioreactor (1) having a reaction module (2) for carrying out in vitro RNA transcription reactions in a sequence-optimized reaction mix, a capture module (3) for temporarily capturing the transcribed RNA molecules, and a control module (4) for controlling the infeed of components of the sequence-optimized reaction mix into the reaction module (2), wherein the reaction module (2) comprises a filtration membrane (21) for separating nucleotides from the reaction mix, and the control of the infeed of components of the sequence-optimized reaction mix by the control module (4) is based on a measured concentration of separated nucleotides.

The present invention relates to a method of preparing a positive active material for a rechargeable lithium battery, a positive active material prepared according to the method, and a rechargeable lithium battery including the same. This manufacturing method includes preparing a complex salt solution by mixing a solution including a metal source material and a chelating agent, disposing the complex salt on the surface of a lithium-included compound by adding a lithium-included compound to the complex salt solution, adding a solution including a fluorine source material to the solution including a lithium-included compound with the complex salt on the surface, and heat-treating the mixture. The present invention provides a simple method of economically preparing a positive active material in which structural transition on the surface is prevented and securing a uniform coating layer. In addition, the positive active material can have improved charge and discharge characteristics, cycle life characteristic, and rate characteristic. It also has improved ion conductivity, and accordingly can improve mobility of lithium ions in an electrolyte and thereby improve discharge potential of a battery. Furthermore, the positive active material can decrease the amount of a conductive material and increase density of a substrate.

A handle includes a body portion and a handle portion which is slidably and rotatably mounted on the body portion. Shoulders on the body portion and the handle portion limit relative sliding movement of the body portion and handle portion. A catheter open at both ends has one end fixed to the handle portion for movement therewith, the opposite end of the catheter having a shape memory tip. A fitting is threadedly connected to an enlarged part of the body portion. A sheath is threadedly connected to the fitting and the catheter is slidable and rotatable within the sheath. An annular channel is provided between the sheath and the catheter, this channel being in fluid communication with a bore in the fitting. The outer end of the sheath has holes therethrough in fluid communication with the channel. An irrigation inflow and aspiration outflow tube is also in fluid communication with the bore in the fitting. A first lock is provided adjacent the fitting for controlling the amount of frictional resistance to lengthwise movement of the catheter relative to the sheath and to lock the catheter in position. A medical device such as an endoscope may be received within the catheter for movement relative thereto. A second lock is supported by the handle portion for locking a medical device in position relative to the catheter.

The experiment device and the test method have the advantages that the problem that the existing creep experiment device cannot carry out multi-head miniature test specimen creep experiments under the low-load condition is solved, the test method and the device capable of simultaneously carrying out creep experiments on a plurality of identical or different-size miniature test specimens under the certain work condition are provided, and the creep experiments in different types such as cantilever beam test specimens, three-point bending, four-point bending and small punch test can also be realized through replacing clamps.
