The invention discloses a method of realizing in-orbit independent restoration of a single TT&C transponder by utilizing an AGC value, aiming at solving the problem of upstream locking abnormity or abnormal conditions of downstream remote signals when a satellite is running in orbit, so that the spread spectrum transponder can restore normal work independently. According to the method, under the condition without transponder backup equipment comparing, the crucial telemetering values of the spread spectrum transponder including state parameters such as an AGC voltage value, an upstream remote control bit synchronization locking instruction and an upstream measuring frame locking instruction are judged and read by adopting lower computer software, and performing restoration on a base band under the condition of meeting preset independent restoration conditions, so that the problem of upstream lock losing or abnormity of downstream telemetered signals caused by spatial environment is solved, and the independent restoration of in-orbit abnormal conditions of the satellite spread spectrum transponder is realized. According to the method, the operation interference of a ground station is reduced, and the satellite is guaranteed to independently reset only once in a measurement and control area, so that the in-orbit single particle resistant property of the spread spectrum transponder is effectively improved.
