The rule may comprise indicating / determining power prioritization for overlapping transmissions based on at least one of: a lowest / highest frequency or range of frequencies, a lowest / highest starting (or ending) resource block, a lowest / highest transmission configuration indicator (TCI) state, a lowest / highest TCI state index, a lowest / highest panel or panel index, and / or any other indicator that may differentiate overlapping transmissions.
