This invention applies a new computer and printer integrated technology to aid forming physical objects rapidly, and the method and apparatus are disclosed to satisfy the market requirements for a quick, reliable, safe, and inexpensive operation. The invention coverts a virtual object stored in the storage device of computer through software that slices the virtual object into many layers. The cross-section of the first layer is sent to a printer or a plotter, and the contour domain is printed or plotted by the printer or plotter. The fluid (not limited to binder) in the printer head is coated onto a layer of uniform distributed porous material which allows the powder and fluid to combine with each other; however, the combining process can be either a natural or an artificial process to enhance the binding force between the fluid and powder. After the first layer is finished, the second layer of powder is uniformly distributed on the first layer, and the contour printing process is repeated. As the printing process is repeated until all slicing layers of the model are finished, the object is stacked layer by layer sequentially. The physical object can be obtained after all the unglued powders are removed. The above-mentioned printing process not only produces monochrome objects, but also produces color objects. The machine includes components of a printer or plotter and its interface card, and x-z axis traversal driven mechanism. The operation platforms include a material supply chamber, a constructing chamber at which powder material is combined with solution, and a recycling hole. A slicing algorithm control software is used to calculate the cross-sectional contour, and the manufacture process is controlled by software and hardware interfaces.

The invention relates to a preparation method of activated carbon supported titanium dioxide photocatalyst, belonging to the preparation technical field of titanium dioxide photocatalyst, comprising a plurality of steps as followings: pretreating, washing and drying the activated carbon; at the condition of ice-water bath, adding meta-titanic acid and ammonia according to a molar ratio of 1:2 into 20 to 40 milliliter hydrogen peroxide with a concentration of 30%, and agitating for 50 to 70 minutes to obtain a yellowish green sol; then adding the pretreated activated carbon into the yellowish green sol and agitating for 3 to 5 hours, filtering the activated carbon after standing for 12 to 24 hours, then calcining with the protection of inert gas to obtain the activated carbon supported titanium dioxide photocatalyst. The weight ratio of the pretreated activated carbon and the meta-titanic acid is 1:1 to 3:1. The preparation method has the advantages of simple technology, cheap raw material, mild preparation conditions, easy operation, granular shape, good organic pollutant degradation effect, easy separation, regeneration and long service life of the supported photocatalyst prepared by the preparation method, nonuse of organic solvent, non-pollution in the whole production process, accordance with the requirement of sustainable development and environment-friendly integrated technology.

Target detection improvements using temporal integrations and spatial fusion

A method for identifying potential targets as far away as possible is disclosed. In a simple background scene such as a blue sky, a target may be recognized from a relatively long distance, but for some high clutter situations such as mountains and cities, the detection range is severely reduced. The background clutter may also be non-stationary further complicating the detection of a target. To solve these problems, target detection (recognition) of the present invention is based upon temporal fusion (integration) of sensor data using pre-detection or post-detection integration techniques, instead of using the prior art technique of fusing data from only a single time frame. Also disclosed are double-thresholding and reversed-thresholding techniques which further enhance target detection and avoid the shortcomings of the traditional constant false alarm rate (CFAR) thresholding technique. The present invention further discloses improved spatial fusion techniques for target detection (recognition) employing multiple sensors instead of employing the more conventional single sensor techniques. If spatial fusion is implemented with more than three sensors, then target detection can be enhanced by also using post-detection techniques. Moreover, since the pre-detection and the post-detection technique are complementary to each other, a combination of these two integration techniques will further improve target detection (recognition) performance.
