The invention relates to a wearable self-powered multi-physiological-parameter monitoring device and method. The device is composed of a waistband measuring unit, a wristband measuring unit and a smart phone, and breath, snore and pulse signals of a human body are monitored, converted into digital signals and then transmitted to the smart phone wirelessly for storage, data processing, display and remote diagnosis. Real-time receiving and displaying of physiological parameters such as pulse, breath and blood pressure and record of sleeping condition are realized. Under the condition of using a pressure cuff, three physiological parameters such as pulse, breath and blood pressure are dynamically measured continuously in a non-compressed manner, so that a user can know physiological parameters of own pulse, breath and blood pressure in real time. The device is light and comfortable to wear, and has the advantages of low cost, easiness in production and accuracy in monitoring; a power generating module and a charging circuit are designed, so that endurance of the device is improved greatly, and the device is suitable for being used in hospitals and by individuals for a long time.
