According to the method, an SWCNT and dispersing agent interface model is constructed, SIESTA and Quantum ATK are used for calculating adsorption energy, an electronic structure, I-V characteristics and a transmission spectrum, and by analyzing the action characteristics of a dispersing agent on the SWCNT in the aspects of band gap regulation and control, interface charge rearrangement, pi-pi stacking, electrostatic coupling and the like, the performance of the dispersing agent on the SWCNT is analyzed. Therefore, an optimal dispersant system under different bias voltages, different pipe diameters and different array structures is determined, effective interface engineering design and performance improvement are realized, and a design strategy is provided for constructing a next-generation carbon-based nano electronic device with high mobility and low power consumption.
