The invention relates to a nuclear power plant system regular test project analysis design method. The method comprises the following steps: (I), screening systems needing regular tests in a nuclear power plant system; (II), for the systems needing the regular tests, determining projects and content of the needed regularly conducted tests, and determining acceptance criteria which devices or parts which are determined by the projects for executing different functions should satisfy when the regular tests are executed; and (III), determining test periods of the devices or parts of the projects in executing the regular tests, and at the same time, establishing regular test notes according to needs of the test projects. According to the invention, based on functions and configuration executed by systems, the systems needing the regular tests are screened, and according to the function execution reliability, the projects and the content executing the regular tests are analyzed and designed, such that it can be ensured that the safety, and safety-correlated systems, devices and functions can be regularly examined, accordingly, it is ensured that the functions are at normal states, and at the same time, the feasibility and the validity of executing the regular tests by operation personnel can also be guaranteed.
