This invention relates to a nickel-plated steel sheet with excellent corrosion resistance for battery casings and a method for manufacturing the same. In one specific embodiment, the nickel-plated steel sheet comprises: a base steel sheet; a nickel plating layer formed on at least one surface of the base steel sheet; and a nickel-iron diffusion layer formed between the base steel sheet and the nickel plating layer. The nickel plating layer and the nickel-iron (Ni-Fe) diffusion layer are formed by heat treatment after forming an electroplated nickel layer on the base steel sheet and a chemically plated nickel layer on at least a portion of the surface of the electroplated nickel layer. The nickel plating layer contains one or more vacancy elements selected from phosphorus (P), boron (B), tungsten (W), cobalt (Co), molybdenum (Mo), and copper (Cu) on its surface.

The preparation process of the tobacco particles comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing the raw materials, granulating, spraying a modified mixed solution consisting of a water-based coating material and a nano metal oxide on the surfaces of the particles, and drying to obtain the tobacco particles. A low-harm cigarette formed by rolling a full-particle cigarette rod formed by curing the reconstructed tobacco particles and a cigarette filter paper rod is based on a three-dimensional honeycomb net structure of the reconstructed tobacco particles and catalytic degradation of harmful substances, and the technical problem that in the prior art, the harmful substances are reduced along with the evacuation feeling is effectively solved; and tar and other harmful components in the smoke are effectively reduced while the mellow and normal flavor of the smoke is ensured.

The method includes: adding pretreated pyrite and a weak alkali compound to the lateritic nickel ore acid leaching solution and mixing to obtain a mixed solution; then introducing air into the mixed solution and stirring to obtain a stirred mixed solution. The removal method of this disclosure utilizes the reducing properties of pyrite and the variable valence precipitation characteristics of iron and manganese ions in the acid leaching solution, combined with the oxidizing effect of oxygen in the air, thereby achieving effective precipitation of iron and manganese ions.
