The method put forward by the invention has the advantages that high-concentration wastewater can reach disposable treatment standard and does not need any dilution biochemical treatment, treatment effluent is not polluted secondarily by metal ions, and investment and running cost are lower, and the like.

The present invention provides processes for infrastructure repairs and geo-stabilization with a low-exotherm polyurethane foam, grout or elastomer. The inventive process involves at least partially filling a cavity in the infrastructure or earth with a low-exotherm polyurethane foam, grout or elastomer made from at least one polyisocyanate, at least one isocyanate-reactive compound and an organic particulate material capable of absorbing heat, optionally in the presence of one or more chosen from water, surfactants, pigments, catalysts, alkali silicates and fillers and curing the polyurethane foam, grout or elastomer. The inventive processes may improve the repair of buildings, foundations, roads, bridges, highways, sidewalks, tunnels, manholes, sewers, sewage treatment systems, water treatment systems, reservoirs, canals, irrigation ditches, etc.; and in the geo-stabilization of mines, caves, wells, bore-holes, ditches, trenches, pits, cracks, fissures, craters, postholes, potholes, sinkholes, wallows, waterholes and the like. The inventive solid polyurethane compositions are made from at least one polyisocyanate, at least one isocyanate-reactive compound, and an organic particulate material capable of absorbing heat, optionally one or more chosen from water, surfactants, pigments, catalysts and fillers. Such solid polyurethane compositions may improve reaction injection molding (RIM), spray elastomer and cast molding processes.

The present invention utilizes the most of the excess heat of the water vapor desorbed from the adsorption tank to heat the sewerage, reduces the organic solvent content of the sewerage, enhances the recovery efficiency, reduces the reprocessing cost of the sewerage, and reduces the secondary pollution.

The invention overcomes the problem that the activity of the crystal-forming ions drops when the PH value decreases during the crystallization process, promotes the MAP crystallization process and improves the MAP recovery rate; the magnetic stirring apparatus and the deposit catcher adopted in the MAP recovery device reduces the stirring dead area in the reactor, the reaction liquor is stirred more sufficiently, which is favorable for the MAP crystal-forming ions to form crystal; the deposit catcher that is designed to catch MAP is favorable to improve the MAP purity in the recovered products.

A system whose most common use is that of inspecting conduits such as sewers, drainage pipes, water, gas and oil conduits. Contrary to camera systems currently on the market, the system has individual components that are easily disconnected and reconnected so that a failed component can be determined and replaced in the field, yet it maintains its integrity against damage from the type of effluent in which it is required to operate. The system's control unit is easily disconnected and replaced, and is mounted on a carrier. The system includes a push rod assembly that has male or female plugs providing quick disconnects at each end so that it can readily be disconnected from opposite gender plugs on a rotary contact assembly at one end and a video camera assembly at its other end. The rotary contact assembly is mounted on the carrier and is similarly connected to and from the control unit, which is physically separate and is also mounted on the carrier. The carrier also has a reel on which the push rod assembly is stored. Electrical power is provided from a power source for the camera and the video equipment that receives video signals from the camera. The power source may or may not be mounted upon the carrier. The novel splices between the wires of various units and either a male or a female plug by which units are connected are a major contribution to the success of the invention. Similar splices can also be used for field repairs to damaged push rod assemblies or for increasing the overall length of the push rod assembly.
