The invention discloses a toilet with a function of urine separation. The toilet comprises a toilet body and a urinal. A water pipe for flushing the urinal is arranged at the top of the toile body, a delay infrared induction sensor for controlling the water pipe to close is arranged at the top of the urinal, and the bottom of the urinal is provided with a filter screen. The toilet is characterized in that a sewage pipe a corresponding to the filter screen and a urine separation device connected with the sewage pipe are connected to the bottom of the urinal, a water drain pipe is connected to the bottom of the urine separation device, and a sewage hose a is connected to one end of the urine separation device. The toilet with the function of urine separation is simple in structure and convenient to use, complete urine separation can be realized, and accordingly the problem of incompleteness in urine separation is avoided.

The present invention provides a method of operating a flushing system for efficient waste removal from and cleaning of a toilet bowl. In the disclosed method, a flushing system is provided that includes a pumping means having each of a rim diverter means and a jet diverter means in fluid communication therewith; a sensor means; a control means; a switching means; and a spray means. Activation of the switching means initiates at least a single flush schedule that comprises the steps of initiating operation of the pumping means; opening the jet diverter means for delivery of water to a jet delivery means in fluid communication therewith; subsequently closing the jet diverter means and simultaneously opening the rim diverter means; and directing water from the rim diverter means to a toilet rim in fluid communication therewith for terminal delivery of the water through the spray means.

A siphonic gravity-powered toilet is provided that is a rimless toilet and includes a toilet bowl assembly having a body and an inlet for receiving fluid. The anti-splash guard may include a fibrous material configured to be positioned in the interior region of the lavatory device so that splash back of fluids contacting the anti-splash guard is reduced. The deodorant pouch advantageously comprises a deodorant material sandwiched between layers of anti-splash material, such as the fibrous material that is used in the anti-splash guard. The deodorant pouch may increased a useful lifespan of the deodorant material held therein by preventing pieces of the deodorant material from falling down the drain of the lavatory device and by reducing the amount of fluid that contacts the deodorant material.

A cartridge apparatus for use with a urinal (e.g., a waterless urinal) is configured to be received at least partially within a cartridge housing associated with the urinal bowl thereof. Provided are a method for transmitting data in a mobile ad hoc network in which the quantity of data transmitted is adjusted by adjusting the size of a congestion window when network duplicate ACK packets are received, and a network apparatus using the same. The method includes mapping sequence numbers of data packets to be transmitted to congestion window sizes during transmission of the data packets, determining whether there is a lost data packet or not, and if there is a lost data packet, retransmitting the lost data packet and adjusting a congestion window size to the congestion window size mapped to the sequence number of the lost data packet. Accordingly, a data rate throughput over a wireless ad hoc network can be increased.

Toilet assemblies having various embodiments of a cleaning system are described herein which include a toilet assembly and a cleaning system. The toilet assembly has a toilet bowl, a tank, a flush valve, and a rim in fluid communication with the bowl through a rim flow path from an outlet of the flush valve to at least one rim outlet port. The flush valve is configured to operate in a flush actuation mode wherein the flush valve is able to provide flush water flow sufficient for the toilet assembly to initiate a flush siphon or provide a wash down flush and to operate in a cleaning actuation mode wherein the flush valve is only partially opened to allow for introduction of a cleaning agent and flush water mixture to the bowl that is insufficient to initiate a siphon but sufficient for cleaning the bowl. The cleaning system includes a reservoir for a liquid cleaning agent, a housing for the reservoir, a supply conduit for receiving fluid from within the reservoir and delivering it to a flush valve, a flow control device capable of controlling flow of cleaning agent and a control system activatable by an actuator feature to initiate a clean cycle by operating the flow control device to deliver a dose of cleaning agent to one or more rim outlets, and operating the flush valve in cleaning actuation mode to introduce flush water to carry the dose of cleaning agent through the at least one rim outlet port into the toilet bowl at a flow rate insufficient to initiate a siphon but sufficient for cleaning the bowl.

The invention discloses a urine separation and collection device, which comprises a urine collection pool arranged on a drain pipe on the bottom of a urinal, wherein an alarming device is arranged in the urine collection pool, the side face of the urine collection pool is connected with the drain pipe through an overflow pipe, a small-flow liquid guide pipe is arranged above the urine collection pool, a valve is arranged on the small-flow liquid guide pipe, and the small-flow liquid guide pipe is further arranged on the drain pipe; a connecting funnel is arranged on the inlet end of the small-flow liquid guide pipe, a bundling funnel is arranged above the collecting funnel, and a filter screen is arranged avove the bundling funnel. The urine separation and collection device has the advantages of simple structure, convenience in assembly, simplicity in maintenance, long service life, and greatly lower production cost compared with current similar products; and the device is environment-friendly and hygienic, the problems of strong odor, poor environmental and hygienic condition and the like caused by a primitive urine collection method are prevented, the separate and sealing type collection of urine enables pollution of flushing water to be low, and subsequent purification treatment and circulated recycling are facilitated.

An air freshening article, such as a deodorizing urinal screen, includes a body that is formed from a fragranced plastic that includes a plastic loaded with a fragrance material. The fragrance material is included in an amount of at least 15% by weight of the fragranced plastic. A method of producing a deodorizing urinal screen includes a fragrance loading stage in which a plastic is loaded with a fragrance material to produce a fragranced plastic. The fragranced plastic includes at least 15 wt % fragrance material. In a molding stage subsequent to the fragrance loading stage, the fragranced plastic is molded into the urinal screen.

A mat or other object for attenuating reflective spray during use of a urinal comprises a urine impingement region that includes a plurality of upstanding, flexible bristles.
