The invention relates to a biochemical treatment device, which comprises an aerobic
aeration zone positioned in the middle of the biochemical treatment device; a
reflux guide plate is obliquely and downwards arranged at one side in the biochemical treatment device so as to form a
mixed solution reflux zone; the upper end of the
reflux guide plate is lower than the water surface of the aerobic
aeration zone, and the lower end of the reflux guide plate is provided with a
mixed solution reflux slit communicated with the aerobic
aeration zone; a
sludge zone partition board is obliquely and downwards arranged between the reflux guide plate and the side wall of the biochemical treatment device so as to form a
sludge concentration zone; the upper end of the
sludge zone partition board is connected with a
sedimentation zone partition board, and the lower end of the sludge zone partition board is provided with a sludge reflux slit communicated with the aerobic aeration zone; the upper part of the sludge concentration zone is provided with a
solid-liquid separation zone, the upper part of the
solid-liquid separation zone forms a clear water zone, and a water collecting device is arranged above the clear water zone; and the bottom of the biochemical treatment device is provided with an aerator which is connected with an air inlet
pipe.
