enzyme as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (S.1) dissolving FeCl3. 6H2O, H2PtCl4. 6H2O and PPh3 in DMF (
Dimethyl Formamide), and carrying out rotary stirring to obtain a solution 1; dissolving BDC in DMF (
Dimethyl Formamide) to obtain a solution 2; quickly adding the solution 2 into the solution 1, transferring the obtained
mixed solution into a stainless steel high-pressure reaction kettle, carrying out
hydrothermal reaction, and after the reaction is finished, washing the obtained product with
ethanol and
drying to obtain a
pyrolysis precursor; and (S.2) placing the precursor in a
graphite sample table groove of a
Joule heat rapid heating device, carrying out
Joule heat shock treatment, and cooling to
room temperature to obtain the high-load Pt monatomic nano-
enzyme. According to the invention, migration and agglomeration of Pt atoms at high temperature are inhibited, long-time
sintering of a carrier skeleton is avoided, and high specific surface area and porous structure of the material are retained.
