Rigid and flexible composite bio-fillers for deodorization by bio trickling filtration and method for preparing same

The invention discloses a rigid-flexible combined biological filler for biological trickling filtration deodorizing equipment and a preparation method thereof; the biological filler is formed by combining a rigid macromolecular skeleton at the center and flexible biological carrier porous medium at the periphery. During preparation, sustained-release control matter is firstly moistened by dispersing and lubricating liquid and evenly mixed with nutritive matter in an agitator, then macromolecular base material is moistened by the rest dispersing and lubricating liquid, added in the agitator and evenly stirred together with the mixture, the evenly mixed mixture is transferred in an injection machine and is extrusion molded by filler dies to prepare the rigid macromolecular skeleton; the rigid macromolecular skeleton is blended with polyether polyol, organic isocyanate, catalyst, external foaming agent, foam stabilizer and water, stirred at high speed and added into a forming box to finish chain growth, foam formation, cross linking and solidifying reaction, thus obtaining the biological filler. The filler of the invention has wide source of raw materials, convenient and simple manufacturing procedure, low production cost, and good film-forming and deodorizing effects.

A crimped conjugate fiber of the present invention is a conjugate fiber containing a first component and a second component, the first component containing polybutene-1 and linear low density polyethylene, the linear low density polyethylene content being 2 to 25 mass %, the second component 2 containing a polymer having a melting peak temperature at least 20° C. higher than the melting peak temperature of polybutene-1 or a polymer having a melting initiation temperature of 120° C. or higher, when viewed from a fiber cross-section, the first component occupies at least 20% of the surface of the conjugate fiber 10 and the centroid position of the second component not overlapping the centroid position of the conjugate fiber, the conjugate fiber is an actualized crimping conjugate fiber in which three-dimensional crimps have been developed or a latently crimpable conjugate fiber in which three-dimensional crimps are developed by heating. Accordingly, a crimped conjugate fiber having high elasticity, a high level of bulk recovery properties, and high durability against repetitive compression as well as high elasticity, a high level of bulk recovery properties, and high durability when used at high temperatures, and a fiber assembly that uses the crimped conjugate fiber are provided.

The contact resistor group comprises a first contact resistor and a second contact resistor which are used for being electrically connected with the two ends of the conductive structures. The packaging layers andthe substrate form a cavity and a liquid storage region which are mutually communicated. The conductive structures comprise liquid conductive material arranged in the cavity. The liquid storage regionis used for storing the liquid conductive material. The ventilation membrane is used for packaging the liquid storage region and enabling the liquid storage region to be communicated with the external atmospheric pressure. When the flexible circuit board is stretched, the liquid conductive material in the conductive structures flows because of the change of the air pressure so that conduction between the liquid conductive material and the first contact electrode and the second contact electrode can be realized and the flexible circuit board is enabled to be stretchable.
