The invention relates to a multi-channel pulse signal detecting method and device capable of automatically regulating pressure. The method comprises the following steps: 1) sticking wrist bands with a cun-pulse sensor, a guan-pulse sensor and a chi-pulse sensor on a wrist respectively; 2) collecting pulse signals under collecting pressures of light, medium and heavy, and transmitting the signals to a signal regulating circuit; 3) converting the pulse signals which are processed by the signal regulating circuit into digital signals, and storing the digital signals in a singlechip; and 4) transmitting the digital signals to a computer by the singlechip, displaying a real-time pulse signal curve by the computer, and performing pulse cycle identification and pulse characteristic extraction onthe pulse signal curve to complete the pulse signal detection. The device comprises the wrist bands, the cun-pulse sensor, the guan-pulse sensor, the chi-pulse sensor, a pressure sensor, the signal regulating circuit, an analog / digital (A / D) converter, the singlechip, the computer and a pressurizing module. The invention belongs to the technical field of fluorescence immunoassay and relates to a photon counting multi-channel time-resolved fluorescence immunoassay system which comprises a light source module, a detection module and a time marked photon counting analysis/control module. At the same time, the invention relates to a counting method adopted by the system. The counting method of exciting a sample to be detected with pulse light, sending a fluorescence signal generated by the sample after excitation into a PMT (Photo Multiplier Tube) photon counting head and outputting a pulse signal comprises the following steps of taking cycles of the excitation pulse light as counting cycles, dividing each counting cycle into a plurality of time intervals with the same width, accumulating photons detected after sending excitation light pulses of each counting cycle into a memory corresponding to a corresponding time window, that is marking the positions of the photons in the pulse cycles with the intervals where the time windows are located, and uploading data in the memory into an upper computer after counting for the cycles. The multi-channel time-resolved fluorescence immunoassay system is low in cost and has very high sensitivity.

Feedback control method and circuit of switching power supply

The invention provides a novel and reliable feedback control circuit. A feedback signal is discretized and modulated into narrow pulse, the narrow pulse is fed back to the primary side of an isolation power supply, and a primary side circuit detects the narrow pulse to generate a proper feedback signal used for the closed loop control of a PWM (Pulse-Width Modulation)/PFM (Pulse Frequency Modulation) master control circuit. The novel and reliable feedback control circuit has the beneficial effects that secondary side feedback and master side control under magnetic isolation are realized. Since a master side control synchronous rectifier is opened, convenience is brought for realizing synchronous rectification and improving reliability. At the finishing moment of the synchronous rectification, output voltage is sampled, and sampling precision is improved.
