pneumatic motor system comprises an
air compressor, an air
storage tank and an air using module, the
air compressor is connected with the air
storage tank and the air using module through a distribution valve set and supplies air to the air
storage tank and the air using module, a distribution valve is connected with a plurality of pneumatic motors, and the pneumatic motors are used for driving a vehicle-mounted execution module to work. A power source used for driving the executing mechanism to operate is replaced by the
pneumatic motor from a common
electric motor, the vehicle-mounted air supply unit is used for supplying air to the
pneumatic motor, on one hand, compared with the
electric motor, the pneumatic motor can achieve
system control through a simple flow control valve, a complex
electronic control system does not need to be arranged, and the cost is reduced. The structure is simpler, the subsequent maintenance cost is lower, the
purchase cost is also reduced compared with that of an
electric motor, the cost for operating the
execution unit can be effectively reduced, and the requirement for light weight of the vehicle is better met; and on the other hand, the multiple executing mechanisms can share one
gas supply unit, the
utilization rate of the
gas supply unit is increased, and the applicability is high.
