The preparation method of the multi-element high-performance rapid extrusion magnesium alloy includes: melting, two-stage homogenization heat treatment, and differential extrusion forming. This invention employs a non-rare earth multi-element alloying composition design combined with a two-stage homogenization + differential high-speed extrusion process. The resulting magnesium alloy is rare earth-free, low-cost, exhibits excellent synergistic strength and plasticity (tensile strength ≥340 MPa, elongation ≥15%), high processing efficiency and yield, a short process flow, compatibility with existing industrial equipment, and great potential for large-scale application.
