A multitask optical diffractive neural network and a design method thereof

The present application belongs to the field of optical communication, signal processing and micro-nano optical technology, and specifically relates to a multi-task optical diffraction neural network and a design method thereof. On the basis of a traditional diffraction neural network, the present application innovatively uses a phase-change material metasurface unit structure as a reconfigurable diffraction element; the phase modulation parameters are optimized through a deep learning algorithm to obtain the phase distribution of the multi-task optical diffraction neural network, and the corresponding metasurface unit structure is matched and selected from the constructed unit structure library according to the phase distribution to finally construct a phase modulation layer. In the running process, the dynamic reconfiguration of the multi-task function is realized by changing the crystallization state of the phase-change material and combining the switching of the incident light polarization state. In the process of optical propagation, the efficient processing of different image recognition tasks is realized by reconstructing the wavefront of the input image multiple times, and the problem of function solidification of the traditional diffraction neural network model when facing diversified tasks and data features is effectively overcome.

The primer combination is composed of three pairs of primers, namely, GC6:TC14, GC8:GT15 and GC9:TG9, and the sequences of the primers are shown as SEQ ID NO. 1-6. The application develops, for the first time, the STR molecular marker primer combination specially used for sea area source identification of the narrow cod. Compared with the microsatellite marker used only for the population genetics basic research of the narrow cod in the prior art, the primer combination is optimized through multi-stage screening, can effectively distinguish the narrow cod samples from the Okhotsk Sea FAO 61 sea area and the Bering Sea FAO 67 sea area, and fills the technical blank in the sea area tracing field of the cross-border trade of the narrow cod.
