chip applied to multiband transmission. The integrated optoelectronic
chip at least comprises a supporting layer, a middle layer located on the supporting layer and a top layer located on the middle layer. The top layer comprises at least two mutually independent
waveguide structures formed by different
optical materials, the multi-functional integration is realized, the multiple
optical materials are regionally integrated on the same
chip through a CVD deposition method, the performance limitation of a single
material system is broken through, and the
single chip can simultaneously realize multiple functions; according to the method, multiple wavebands are compatible, photoetching and
dry etching means are utilized, different materials are patterned on the same chip, different devices are prepared, simultaneous support and efficient
processing of multiple communication wavebands by a
single chip are achieved, the
frequency spectrum utilization rate and application flexibility of the chip are greatly improved, the
system architecture is simplified, the reliability is improved, and the cost is reduced. The risk of performance degradation caused by interface
coupling and packaging failure is reduced, and the long-term stability of the
system is improved.
