The invention discloses an anti-
ultraviolet functional plastic particle and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of
polymer modified materials. The plastic particles are prepared from
polyolefin resin subjected to organic
silicon-phenolic hydroxyl synergistic
grafting modification, 2, 4-dihydroxyacetophenone, an
antioxidant, a hindered amine light stabilizer, a
lubrication dispersant and an anti-yellowing agent. A
siloxane-phenolic hydroxyl
bifunctional chain segment is introduced into the surface of a molecular chain of the
polyolefin resin subjected to organic
silicon-phenolic hydroxyl synergistic
grafting modification, so that a flexible-rigid synergistic
interface layer is formed; the 2, 4-dihydroxyacetophenone has a hydroxyl and carbonyl conjugated structure and can form
hydrogen bond complexation with a matrix, so that free radical degradation is effectively inhibited. The preparation method disclosed by the invention comprises the following three steps:
grafting reaction of
polyolefin resin subjected to organic
silicon-phenolic hydroxyl synergistic grafting modification, high-speed mixing and
melt blending granulation. Tests show that after the plastic particles are subjected to 365nm
ultraviolet radiation for 500h, the tensile strength
retention rate exceeds 94%, the
chromatic aberration delta E is less than or equal to 1.5, the oxidation
induction time is prolonged to 55min, and the plastic particles have excellent
ultraviolet aging resistance, yellowing resistance and
thermal oxidation stability.
